AlphaSense India - Senior Principal Engineer

• Extensive experience (15+ years) as a senior/principal-level software engineer with deep expertise in Frontend architecture and large-scale application systems. • Proven success leading technology transformation across organizations of 80+ engineers. • Deep understanding of modern API design (REST, GraphQL) and its application in highly distributed, agentic environments. • Demonstrated experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar agent-integration patterns. • Strong product mindset: proven history of collaborating with Product leaders to solve complex customer problems with customer-obsession. • Ability to balance high-level architectural strategy with hands-on, production-level coding. • Extensive experience evaluating and adopting new frontend technologies and frameworks, expertly balancing innovation with long-term maintainability. • Proven track record of designing and scaling robust frontend architectures that support high-traffic, complex user interfaces across massive datasets. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to facilitate clarity and drive consensus across distributed teams. • AlphaSense is an equal-opportunity employer.
