Requirements
• Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in software engineering for Senior Engineer • Applicants who additionally have at least 1 year of demonstrated technical leadership experience will be considered for Staff Engineer • Strong knowledge of architecture and design patterns • Familiar with full stack web technologies such as ReactJS and Spring Boot • Strong communication skills – must be able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues • Passionate and self-driven • As CSIT is an agency under the Ministry of Defence (Singapore), only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of applications to deliver vital reports to government officials • Collaborate with the product manager to determine the technical needs and direction for the products • Uphold high engineering standards – functional and maintainable code is of utmost importance to our team of engineers • Mentor junior engineers on the team • Build strong partnerships with infrastructure stakeholders to facilitate technical execution
