7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with 3–5 years selling complex SaaS or infrastructure solutions
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus
Recent experience in payments or fintech (PSPs, acquiring, gateways), with a solid understanding of payment flows and local methods
Proven success closing large enterprise deals in the GCC, with focus on KSA and/or UAE
Established relationships with large merchants (e-commerce, marketplaces, airlines, telcos, or similar)
Strong knowledge of the GCC payments ecosystem, including regulators, banks, acquirers, and PSPs
Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and standard productivity tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable building business cases and ROI models
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments with autonomy and ownership
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA is a plus)
Willingness to travel frequently across the GCC

End-to-end enterprise ownership: Own the full enterprise sales cycle in the GCC, from prospecting to contract signature and go-live
Target account strategy: Identify, qualify, and prioritize enterprise accounts across e-commerce, marketplaces, airlines, travel, mobility, telco, and digital wallets
Deal execution: Drive opportunities from first contact through negotiation, closing, and launch
Pipeline generation: Build and manage a strong GCC pipeline leveraging your own network and outbound prospecting.
Value creation: Develop tailored value propositions, commercial proposals, and customer-specific business cases
Complex deal leadership: Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging C-level and senior leaders (CFO, Head of Payments, Product, IT, Risk, Procurement)
Commercial rigor: Manage RFP/RFI processes, security and compliance reviews, and complex commercial negotiations
Regional representation: Act as Yuno’s face in the region with key prospects and at major industry events
Ecosystem collaboration: Partner with Product and Partnerships teams to structure co-selling opportunities with local PSPs, acquirers, and banks
Strategic partnership: Act as a thought partner to leadership on GCC go-to-market strategy, pricing, and prioritization
Market intelligence: Provide structured customer and market feedback to shape the GCC product roadmap (local schemes, regulation, settlement)
Forecasting discipline: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
