Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field • Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) • Experience with market data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Circana) • 2–5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar role • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) • Experience working with sales data, forecasts, and KPIs • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Experience in beauty, FMCG, retail, or consumer goods • Experience with market data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) • International or multi-market exposure • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes • A bias for action—you’re organised but never bureaucratic • Strong storytelling and communication skills (you influence without needing authority) • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Ability to connect big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution • Title: Business Analyst • Status: Interim • Department: International • Location: London, UK • Reporting Relationship: • The base salary range for this role is listed above. • Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. Responsibilities
• Analyse sales, market, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance trackers • Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and promotional effectiveness analysis • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to support customer and channel performance reviews • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of data across systems and reports • Support ad-hoc analyses for leadership and cross-functional projects • Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical tools • e.l.f.
