Mitratech - Field Marketing Manager
Requirements
• 3–7 years in demand generation or field marketing, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS • Proven track record of campaigns that generated pipeline, not just impressions • Experience marketing to legal tech or enterprise buyers is a strong plus • AI & Tools Fluency • AI & Tools Fluency • You use AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or others as standard equipment, not a novelty • HubSpot, Salesforce, and Asana; you know how to build reporting that reveals real insights • Mindset • Competitive by nature, you know who the competitors are, what they’re saying, and where the gaps are • Analytically sharp: you’re as comfortable in a data export as you are in a creative brief • Self-directed and accountable: you don’t need a lot of hand-holding, but you collaborate hard when it matters • High-energy and adaptable in a fast-moving, global environment • Travel typically includes 2-5 times a year • We will disclose intended pay ranges in our job ads for Canada-based opportunities.
