Requirements
• 15+ years of brand leadership, with significant experience building or scaling brands at consumer-facing companies - ideally across health, consumer tech, or lifestyle. • Proven ability to define brand positioning and translate it into creative work that earns genuine cultural gravity, not just recognition. • Experience leading high-performing creative teams. • Demonstrated track record of launching brands in new geographies, with the sensitivity to adapt to different markets and audiences. • Regulatory savvy - knowing exactly where the boundaries of health communication sit and finding the creative opportunity within them, not around them. • Exceptional strategic and creative judgment, with the ability to make confident calls on where the brand shows up, who it speaks to, and what it stands for - with full accountability to connect those calls to real business outcomes. • Strong cross-functional collaborator, comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment alongside Product, Clinical, and Growth teams. • Genuine curiosity about health, science, and the role technology can play in improving human lives.
