Requirements

• ● Previous experience in an Operations Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative • Assistant, or Operations Coordinator role • ● Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • ● Experience using Gusto or similar HR/payroll platforms • ● Excellent written English communication skills • ● Strong organizational and time management abilities • ● High attention to detail • ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • ● Comfortable handling multiple priorities simultaneously • ● Professional, polite, and service-oriented approach • ● Experience supporting startup founders or leadership teams • ● Exposure to hiring, onboarding, and people operations • ● Experience creating or improving operational processes • ● Familiarity with remote-first work environments • ● Polite, professional, and easy to work with • ● Direct and efficient in their communication • ● Confident in taking ownership of tasks • ● Proactive in identifying solutions and process improvements • ● No-nonsense, highly organized, and reliable

Responsibilities

• About the RoleWe are a fast-growing deep-tech startup seeking a highly organized, proactive OperationsAssistant to support day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, managing administrative processes, and helping leadership stay focused onstrategic priorities.You will work directly with the founder to manage operational workflows, coordinate onboardingactivities, maintain documentation, and ensure important tasks are completed efficiently andprofessionally.Key Responsibilities● Manage and organize company documents, folders, and operational records● Maintain and administer systems including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Gusto● Monitor and manage operational inboxes and workflows● Take ownership of routine operational requests and administrative tasks● Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes● Follow up with new hires and internal stakeholders to collect required information anddocumentation● Manage various company portals and administrative systems● Prioritize and route incoming requests appropriately● Track outstanding actions and ensure timely completion● Support process improvements and operational efficiencies where appropriate
