Requirements

Responsibilities
• User Experience & Adoption: Maintain existing Salesforce tooling, ensure user satisfaction, and champion continuous improvements in UI/UX (Lightning App Builder, page layouts, dynamic forms). Support end users through training, user assistance, and issue resolution. • Core Administration & Scalability: Perform system administration including user management (profiles and roles), validation rules, Lightning Flows, record types, and mobile setup. Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend new features. • Implement Salesforce features with a focus on automation and efficiency using Flows, standard OOTB automations, and where needed APEX/Javascript. • Release & Change Management: Support release management (sandbox refreshes, deployment planning, UAT coordination) and document changes and configurations. • Security & Health Checks: Review data security, sharing rules, and ensure GDPR compliance. Monitor system performance, storage usage, and manage data backup systems (e.g., OwnBACKUP). • Reporting: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and Salesforce data quality to support operational visibility.
