Requirements
• Previous experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Programme Manager, Engineering Delivery Lead, or similar role within a software engineering environment. • A background in software engineering or hands-on technical delivery, with the ability to build credibility quickly with engineering teams. • Experience coordinating work across multiple engineering squads or technical domains simultaneously. • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead technical discussions and planning sessions. • The ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or fast-moving problems. • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems. • Experience working in modern engineering environments using technologies such as AWS, Node.js and Python. • A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a pragmatic approach to delivery.
Responsibilities
• Acting as the primary intake point for platform requests coming from product teams and stakeholders. • Running requirements workshops to turn high-level product goals into clearly scoped platform initiatives. • Owning sprint planning, backlog refinement and quarterly planning across multiple platform squads. • Collaborating closely with engineers and technical leads to shape work items with the right technical depth and acceptance criteria. • Managing competing priorities across multiple engineering domains while maintaining delivery quality and alignment. • Communicating platform roadmap progress, delivery status and risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Identifying inefficiencies in platform workflows and improving how work moves through the organisation. • Using AI tooling and automation to improve engineering coordination, delivery visibility and operational efficiency.
