Responsibilities
• Design and execute technical enablement programs that increase the productivity and confidence of post-sales teams (TAMs, Consultants, Support, Pre-Sales) by deepening their product, solution, and architectural fluency. • Translate complex product capabilities into scalable learning experiences, playbooks, and technical assets that empower customer-facing teams to articulate value and solve customer challenges effectively. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and Education teams to ensure technical readiness and alignment across field enablement initiatives. • Operationalize enablement at scale by establishing frameworks, content systems, and measurement models that link readiness to adoption, delivery quality, and customer outcomes. • Continuously analyze and improve field performance through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and ROI tracking to refine programs and demonstrate business impact.
