applied - Talent Operations - EMEA [1 year contract]

• Support our talent operations team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone, virtual, & onsite) for all open roles across EMEA • Streamline the interview process from end-to-end to ensure that candidates have an amazing experience • Evaluate and recommend talent operations strategies and solutions to make our processes more efficient • Plan and facilitate internal and external company events across the EMEA region • Support onboarding for New Hires as the company continues to grow in EMEA • Manage and improve the interview training process for the entire EMEA organization
