Responsibilities

• Own every open role at Dex from brief to signed offer • Source directly. The people we want aren't applying to things, you'll find them before they're looking • Scope upcoming roles before they exist, and push back when a role is really two roles or shouldn't be hired at all • Run a candidate experience worthy of a company that sells great candidate experience. Fast, honest, human • Close senior people with competing offers, on conviction and the Dex story, not just the package • Build the hiring engine as you go: process, pipeline discipline, employer brand, so hire 50 is easier than hire 20
