FamilyWell - General Interest - Coaching Roles

• Qualified applicants must have at least 1 year of coaching experience or experience working directly with perinatal or perimenopause patients. • Completion of the FamilyWell Perinatal Behavioral Health Coaching Certification program within 3 months of start date (if not previously completed). • Passionate, driven, & inspired by a mission to improve perinatal mental healthcare, particularly in vulnerable patient populations. • Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (preferred) • Licensure/Certification: • Certified Behavioral Health Coach (through FamilyWell’s Perinatal Behavioral Health Certification Program) OR PMH-C through Postpartum Support International (strongly preferred) • Key Competencies: • Key Competencies: • Empathy and Compassion: Ability to understand and support the unique challenges of pregnant and postpartum patients. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions. • Cultural Sensitivity: Respectful of diverse backgrounds and experiences, particularly in a perinatal context. • Adaptability: We’re a fast growing company, constantly looking to make improvements as we go.
