ConnectWise - Product Manager- AI
Requirements
• 5+ years of product management or related experience • Required: Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, tools, or solutions, particularly in driving workflow improvements or automation • Proven ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance product functionality and operational efficiency • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Experience working closely with software development and data teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with a strong partner- and outcome-focused mindset • Experience in MSP, SaaS, or technology platforms • Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, and Atlassian tools • Experience with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, automation tools, or similar) in a product environment • Experience with ConnectWise or similar platforms • Working Conditions • On-site / Hybrid / Remote depending on location • 0–10% travel may be required
Responsibilities
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, with a focus on AI-powered features and workflow automation • Gather and translate customer, market, and data insights into clear, actionable product requirements • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI platforms/tools to improve operational workflows and product capabilities • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with AI-driven innovation goals • Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable solutions • Monitor product performance, adoption, and user experience, leveraging AI insights where applicable • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize workflows through AI and automation • Represent the product with partners and stakeholders, articulating AI strategy and value
