• 3+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing in the cybersecurity field • Experience supporting pipeline generation through events and regional marketing programs • Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with sales teams • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership and execution focus • Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) • Comfort experimenting with AI tools in marketing workflows
Responsibilities
• Execute regional field marketing programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals • Plan and deliver high-impact events, including executive dinners, roundtables, trade shows, and webinars • Partner closely with sales teams to engage target accounts and support deal acceleration efforts • Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value prospects • Launch integrated, multi-channel campaigns across field, digital, and partner channels • Experiment with AI-driven tools and tactics to personalize outreach and improve campaign performance • Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI • Support co-marketing initiatives with partners, customers, and industry communities
Benefits
