Requirements
• 5+ years in Program, Project, or Account Management within creative, marketing, agency, or content-production environments. • Proven success managing multi-SOW or multi-stream client programs (not just individual projects). • Experience working in creator-driven or non-linear production settings is a strong plus. • Experience with UGC/Influencer marketing is a strong plus. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where needed. • Strategic thinker with an operational mindset and high attention to detail • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com http://Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, etc.)
Responsibilities
• Manage multiple SOWs within large client accounts. • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget. • Coordinate across Paid Media, Creative, Strategy, and Project Management teams. • Serve as the main point of contact for complex accounts. • Source and manage external partners when needed. • Track budgets, risks, and overall program performance. • Support and guide Project Managers as needed.
