• 5+ years in Program, Project, or Account Management within creative, marketing, agency, or content-production environments — with a track record of long tenure and sustained client relationships.
• Hands-on experience managing UGC and Influencer Marketing projects is required — this is core to the role.
• Proven success managing enterprise accounts with multi-SOW or multi-stream programs (not just individual projects).
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills in English — written and verbal — with the ability to present confidently, manage expectations, and build lasting partnerships.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where needed.
• Strategic thinker with an operational mindset and high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, etc.)
