Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience working in the AdTech space • Proven data licensing expereince • Active bar license in the state where you reside. • Strong legal knowledge of technology, data privacy, and marketing. • Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with different departments and shareholders. • Ability to manage 24-48 hour contract turnarounds • Able to work PST hours

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of different AdTech agreements. • Partner with clients to ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels. • Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow. • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.

• The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
