• Your Knowledge Base • Investor Mindset: You are an experienced investor with a strong grasp of financial markets and the unique mindset of long-term investors. • Platform Experience: You are familiar with X/Twitter, Substack, and Reddit as tools for acquisition, and have experience with marketing automation tools like Braze. • Strategic & Analytical: You can build an engagement strategy from scratch and use data to prove it’s working. • Compelling Communicator: You are a gifted copywriter who can translate complex investing concepts into engaging content. • Operational Ninja: You can juggle campaign planning, stakeholder coordination, and performance reporting without dropping the ball. • Your Attributes • Passionate: You genuinely care about investor education and empowering the "everyday" investor. • Collaborative: You enjoy working at the intersection of Marketing and Product. • Experimental: You aren't afraid to test new ideas, fail fast, and iterate based on data.
Responsibilities
• 1. Community Engagement & Growth • Drive Narrative Creation: Develop and execute strategies that nudge investors to move from passive viewers to creators, sharing their own user-generated investment narratives. • Foster Engagement: Stimulate peer-to-peer engagement by driving follows, comments, and connections. • Cultivate Quality: Moderate and curate conversations to ensure the environment remains informed, respectful, and data-driven. • Build an Ecosystem: Manage a network of external creators and analysts to add depth and diversity to our community discussions. • Product Partnership: Collaborate with the Community Product team to refine engagement loops and improve the overall experience. • 2.Audience Expansion & Distribution • Cross-Platform Growth: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to test and optimize campaigns that convert casual readers into active community members. • 3. Affiliate Partner Management & Acquisition • Partner Acquisition: Proactively identify and recruit new affiliate partners (influencers, financial bloggers, YouTubers, and educators) who align with the Simply Wall St mission. • Nurturing & Success: Act as the primary point of contact for existing partners, providing them with the assets, product education, and support they need to succeed. • Strategic Alignment: Work with partners to create "Narrative-led" content, ensuring their promotions feel like a natural extension of the Simply Wall St community experience. • Performance & Budget Tracking: Measure and report on partner-driven acquisition, cost per acquisition, and ROI, using these insights to scale the program.

You will empower investors to articulate their "why," while ensuring those insights reach and inspire our global audience. • You will be part of the Narratives Community team, working closely with leadership, product, and design.
