Requirements
• Deployment Strategist (usually ex‑CEO/COO or a BD/Sales founder): • Focused on deployment strategy, the business case, C‑level adoption, and expanding accounts • Delivers executive workshops, adoption roadmaps, and ROI proposals • Applied AI Engineer (usually an ex‑CTO, technical founder, or lead engineer) • Focused on integration architecture, fine‑tuning, RAG/agents, and production deployment • Delivers prototypes, deployment pipelines, client code, and open‑source contributions
Responsibilities
• You join Mistral’s Solutions team. Your mission: take our models and make them indispensable for our enterprise clients. • You own a portfolio of enterprise clients. You’re their primary point of contact working as a co-builder with them • You identify the highest-impact use cases, structure the deployment, and unblock friction • You bridge the gap between what our models can do and what the client needs to solve. Sometimes it’s a prompting problem. Sometimes it’s a CEO problem. • You feed signal back to product and research. You are the eyes and ears on the ground. • Two tracks, one entry point
