Requirements

Responsibilities
• As an integral part of our team, your mission as a Senior Onboarding Consultant is to ensure a seamless integration of Re-Leased software for our largest clients. You'll serve as the vital link between our company and customers during the onboarding process and ensure clients realise the full value of Re-Leased. This role can be based anywhere in the UK or join our London office. • Deliver engaging, jargon-free training to end users and execs — virtually or in-person • Run smooth onboarding projects from kick-off to handover • Understand each customer’s business and tailor their setup for long-term success • Troubleshoot early-stage challenges and act as a trusted advisor • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Support, Success) to keep onboarding on track • Translate customer needs into practical system configurations • Work with our product experts to find the best-fit workflows and features • Redefine customer processes to align with product features
