Responsibilities
• Lead technical product demonstrations for qualified prospects. • Answer detailed technical questions during the sales process about integrations, data handling, security, and customization capabilities. • Work with prospects to understand their current tech stack and operational workflows. • Articulate how Endless Commerce fits into these systems. • Collaborate with the product team to communicate prospect needs, common objections, and feature requests that come up repeatedly in sales conversations. • Create technical sales collateral including integration guides, comparison docs, and implementation timelines. • Support the sales team with technical scoping for custom deals and enterprise clients. • Occasionally join customer calls post-sale to ensure smooth handoff to the product/implementation team.
