Requirements
• Experience in management consulting, strategy, business intelligence, commercial analytics, performance management, or related fields. • Strong commercial acumen and business judgment with the ability to translate business challenges into analytical problem statements. • Advanced analytical skills and experience working with large and complex datasets. • Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across functions, teams, and cultures. • Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Working knowledge of SQL; experience with Python or other analytical tools is a plus. • Experience in digital transformation, e-commerce, SaaS, or technology-driven environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
• Analyze business performance across Expansion markets, identify growth opportunities and performance gaps, and recommend actions to accelerate value creation. • Assess and evolve commercial measurement frameworks to ensure performance is accurately monitored and business objectives are met. • Own and evolve performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting routines to provide visibility into business performance and strategic priorities. • Validate data accuracy and consistency across dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment on KPI definitions, methodologies, and best practices. • Transform complex analyses into clear and compelling executive-level communications, presentations, and recommendations. • Partner with Data and Commercial teams to prioritize analytical solutions, define business requirements, validate outputs, and ensure delivery of high-impact data products. • Support forecasting, annual planning, and target-setting processes through data-driven analysis and business insights.
