Remote Mid EMEA Asset Management Support Specialist Windows Server Documentation ITIL Microsoft 365

Requirements

• 3-5 years working experience, ideally in the financial sector, centered in asset management or alternative investments. • Service-oriented mentality; focusing on exceptional responsiveness, accountability, timely completion of tasks, and teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Diligence in task tracking, documentation, cross-training, and information sharing to continuously improve technology service delivery. • Experience using service management tools and best practices (ITIL, ITAM, ITSM) • Proficiency working in Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server) • Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID Services • Management of mobile devices (iOS/Android) in Intune • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and associated platforms • Experience with audio/video conferencing and collaboration technologies • Familiarity with remote access, VPN, and SASE tools.
