Requirements
• 10+ years in partnerships, management consulting, business development, alliances or channel leadership roles in SaaS, AI, cloud or enterprise tech. • Proven track record driving hyperscaler, GSI and/or ISV partnerships and enterprise co-sell programs. • Deep experience working with GSIs such as Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, or major ISVs in retail/commerce technology. • Strong understanding of cloud marketplaces, consumption models, and partner incentive structures. • Experience with enterprise retail, ecommerce, consumer brands, or AI/ML solutions strongly preferred. • Exceptional relationship builder with an executive presence, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence at all levels. • A builder who thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments. • Someone who can operate strategically while diving deep tactically when needed. • A relationship-first leader who understands how to unlock value for partners and customers. • A self-starter with strong commercial instincts and a passion for AI’s impact on commerce.
Responsibilities
• Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development • Own and expand Rezolve Ai’s partnerships across hyperscalers, GSIs, ISVs and major technology ecosystems. • Drive and operationalize joint GTM initiatives, co-marketing plans, activation calendars, field enablement, and marketplace growth. • Build and maintain a robust ecosystem of reseller, implementation, and solution partners to accelerate adoption of Rezolve Ai solutions. • Revenue & Co-Sell Acceleration • Deliver partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets across enterprise retail, CPG and hospitality sectors. • Drive cloud consumption tied to Rezolve Ai deployments in alignment with partner incentive programs and marketplace strategies. • Build structured “plays” for field teams: solution briefs, pitch decks, demo flows, incentives, and pipeline acceleration motions. • Enterprise Collaboration • Partner with Sales, Product, GTM, and Customer teams to align partner solutions with customer needs. • Support large enterprise deals by positioning partner value and accelerating multi-party commercial alignment. • Develop scalable partner onboarding, certification, and enablement processes. • Operational Excellence • Track performance metrics, forecast partner contributions, and report to senior leadership. • Negotiate, review, and maintain partner agreements, including co-sell program compliance and marketplace requirements. • Represent Rezolve Ai at industry events, partner conferences, and C-suite engagements.
