• 7+ years of experience in design, with a focus on UX/UI. • Deep knowledge and proven experience with Web3 onboarding processes. • 3-4 years of experience in blockchain dApp development with a focus on community and growth. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a design team. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team to develop innovative solutions for the creator economy. • Develop and implement UX strategies to improve user engagement and onboarding in the Web3 environment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design objectives with company goals. • Conduct user research and use insights to inform design decisions. • Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices into the design process.
