Midstream Health - Product Marketing
Requirements
• A product storyteller and translator You turn complex technology into clear narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers, and you're energized by being the person who makes the complicated feel obvious. • Experienced in B2B product marketing 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in software/SaaS, with demonstrated mastery of the foundational PMM toolkit: messaging and positioning, GTM strategy, audience segmentation, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and content creation. • Comfortable with technical, AI-driven products You can clearly explain platforms involving AI, automation, and complex workflows—and you're genuinely curious about how they work. • Strategic and scrappy Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving instincts paired with a "do-what-it-takes" bias for action. You're comfortable producing high-quality materials yourself while shaping the broader go-to-market narrative. • A proven cross-functional partner A track record of influencing Product, Sales, Sales Ops, and Marketing—and of successfully launching new products and features. • An exceptional communicator Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in PowerPoint and Google Slides; proficiency with Figma and/or Adobe design tools a plus. • Bonus: healthcare fluency Familiarity with health system finance, revenue cycle, supply chain, or managed care is a strong plus.
