Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts, ideally in an e-commerce or D2C environment • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to manage budgets, forecast performance, and optimize toward profitability metrics (MER, ROAS, CPA) • Deep understanding of Google Ads ecosystem, including Smart Bidding, feed-based campaigns, and conversion tracking • Experience working cross-functionally with creative teams, with the ability to translate data into impactful messaging improvements • High ownership mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to performance challenges
Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end management of Google Ads channels (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen) with full accountability for performance • Monitor and optimize Smart Bidding strategies (tCPA/tROAS) to ensure alignment with profitability and business goals • Manage budget forecasting and daily pacing, ensuring efficient spend allocation without over- or under-investment • Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and proactively recommend optimizations to stay on track with MER targets • Collaborate closely with the Global Creative Team by translating performance insights into clear creative briefs and local market feedback
