Requirements

• A relevant degree such as Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering (or similar). • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction industry and/or not less than 5 years of experience in construction contract and commercial claim management. • Successfully delivered projects in a contracts or commercial role in a complex construction or development environment with contract value exceeding SGD500millions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and proactively to problem-solve and bring matters to a close. • Authentic and genuine personality who can build strong relationships with diverse personalities around the world. • Strong influencing skills with a history of demonstrated business partnering to achieve broader business goals is critical to success in this role. • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to online collaboration tools. • The AirTrunk Culture • Working at AirTrunk is a once in a lifetime opportunity to fast-track your career and amplify your impact. Responsibilities

• Negotiating and drafting key commercial outcomes in new contracts, variations and contractual correspondence. • Contract lifecycle management including kick-off, monitoring contractor performance and proactively managing contract works delivery through to completion and project close out. • Assessing and managing contract claims including variations, time-related claims, payment claims and invoices. • Cost reporting and cashflow projection across in-flight projects ensuring high accuracy achieving key performance indicator. • Developing and implementing reporting tools for measurement of key contract metrics. • Assist with innovations and initiatives for digital transformation.
