Extensive experience working agency-side in Paid Search marketing, with some experience at Director level
Team management of at least two members of staff
Experience managing PPC campaigns across multi-account MCCs in Google and Bing
Experience with third party bid management tools – e.g. SA360
Managed large budgets and delivering high performance for big brands
Knowledge, or have some experience managing App campaigns on Google or Apple search ads.

Communicate effectively at all levels, both up and down
Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships
Strong commercial acumen

Responsibilities
Client Relationships
Provide senior guidance and strategic support for your client
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Grow revenue from key clients by increasing their investment in Search
Leadership & Management
Provide effective support to your Digital Media Partner on Intuit in maintaining standards, improving processes and streamlining delivery across the team
Lead the delivery of PPC services in your team, ensuring a high quality of work that adheres to best practice and meets client expectations
Ensure all finance, PO’s and budgets for all clients follow due process in the team
Co-ordinate and delegate work amongst your team to ensure tasks are allocated effectively depending on skills and resource
Manage your direct reports, including their development and training needs

Be at the forefront of PPC by keeping up to date with industry news, new platforms and technologies
Assist in the delivery of campaign work when necessary
Help in preparation for and attend sales pitches as required
Ensure your team is following standardized campaign management and quality assurance procedures as defined in the Campaign Lifecycle Management guidelines (CLM)
Lead and build required key client communications and deliverables eg. QBRs, campaign reviews and meetings
Innovation & Initiative
Develop imaginative, innovative and effective ideas and process improvements for your clients
Contribute your own ideas and opinions on your client’s business, how we work, and the industry we’re in; establish a presence in the agency.
Be a trusted, knowledgeable source of information and developments in search marketing
Take a leading role in the PPC element of new business pitches and contribute to the development of our paid proposition and approach
