Anaplan - Business Operations Manager - Product, Data Insights & Reporting

• Strong experience within the technology industry • Extensive knowledge of product operations, business insights, program management, or a related role—ideally within a fast-paced SaaS, product, or engineering organization. • A strong background of direct people management experience, with a proven track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams. • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among senior leadership. • Proven track record of working closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance) and successfully influencing decision-making without direct authority. • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to turn complex technical data into simple, actionable insights for senior leadership. • Ability to manage a high volume of incoming requests, establish clear operational triage frameworks, and comfortably manage stakeholder expectations. • A solid understanding of how product analytics and reporting structures operate (e.g., data flows, modeling, or visualization tools) to effectively translate technical needs, though hands-on coding/modeling is not required. • Deep understanding of modern development methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe) and the product lifecycle in a SaaS context. • Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) • We believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
