Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Growth, Operations, Program Management, Project Management, Consulting, or a similarly high-execution environment. • A proven ability to build trust across technical, operational, and customer-facing teams while driving alignment and execution without direct authority. • Strong operational judgment with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex problems. • A systems mindset—you naturally look for opportunities to improve processes, eliminate friction, and build scalable ways of working. • Comfortable managing multiple priorities, rapidly context switching, and making sound decisions in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. • Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable, with a bias toward ownership and execution. • Experience translating customer needs into actionable internal priorities and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results. • Familiarity with the defense industry and government acquisition process is preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Asana, Confluence, and Foundry. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, Political Science, or a related field. • Physical Location • Physical Location • Work full-time onsite in our London office. • Regular travel required for product testing, customer demonstrations and cross-functional collaboration with teams at our Los Angeles HQ (roughly 20%).
Responsibilities
• Design Operational Systems That Scale • Translate strategic priorities into operational reality, identifying gaps between strategy and execution before they impact customers. • Design and continuously improve scalable workflows across demonstrations, deliveries, customer onboarding, training, resource planning, approvals, and cross-functional handoffs. • Build repeatable operating models, playbooks, and templates that enable the Mission organization to scale while preserving flexibility where it matters. • Identify operational bottlenecks and remove execution friction to improve speed, quality, and predictability. • Turn Activity into Insight • Define the metrics that matter and establish the systems to measure, track, and report on operational performance. • Maintain high-quality data across dashboards and other business systems to enable informed decision-making. • Analyze operational trends, identify opportunities for improvement, risk mitigation and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. • Embed Across the Business • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand how work gets done and where it can be improved. • Establish operating rhythms, communication cadences, and decision-making processes that keep teams aligned and execution on track. • Drive accountability across teams without direct authority by building trust, creating clarity, and maintaining momentum. • Anticipate risks, surface dependencies early, and ensure the organization is prepared to execute at every stage of the customer lifecycle. • What Makes You a Great Fit • You have a customer service mindset. • You thrive in high-execution environments where ownership is expected and ambiguity is constant. • You naturally gravitate toward solving operational problems and improving how teams work together. • You can quickly become conversant in unfamiliar domains and earn credibility with technical and operational stakeholders. • You balance structured thinking with pragmatism, knowing when to build process and when to move quickly. • You build trust and influence teams through data, action and sound judgment rather than formal authority. • You care as much about how work gets done as the outcome itself. • You love a challenge.
