Requirements
• 10+ years of Global Account Management experience in the payments space • Proven experience growing and scaling strategic accounts and building multi stakeholder relationships. • Extensive knowledge in fintech, banking, payments and money movement • Strong communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email) and track record of creating and executing strategic account plans. • Demonstrated ability to influence others in a matrix environment, gaining buy-in at multiple levels across the organization. • Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful, and self-starter who is able to lead team independently. • Strong grasp of industry trends and competitive landscape. • Hands on experience in negotiating contracts, pricing models and renewals. • Proven track record of cross selling and upselling and ability to identify new revenue streams based on customer needs. • Experience leading business reviews and using data driven strategies to make informed decisions. • Proven experience growing and scaling strategic or enterprise accounts. • Proven track record of managing global customers with multi region stakeholders. • Proven track record of cross-selling and upselling, and ability to identify new revenue streams based on customer needs. • Experience leading business reviews and using data-driven strategies to make informed decisions. • Typical Process • Typical Process • Application submission • Recruiter video interview • Hiring manager video interview • Panel Presentation • Virtual “Onsite” consisting of 3-4, 45 min video interviews
