Requirements
• 10+ years of commercial account management experience • Strong communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, email) and track record of creating and executing strategic account plans • Strong grasp of industry trends and competitive landscape • Hands-on experience in negotiating contracts, pricing models and renewals • Extensive knowledge in fintech, banking, payments and money movement • Proven experience growing and scaling strategic or enterprise accounts • Proven track record of managing global customers with multi-region stakeholders • Proven track record of cross-selling and upselling, and ability to identify new revenue streams based on customer needs • Demonstrated ability to influence others in a matrix environment, gaining buy-in at multiple levels across the organisation • Experience leading business reviews and using data-driven strategies to make informed decisions • Experience in Acquiring, Card Issuing or Processing. • Nice-To-Haves • BNPL experience • Recruiter for this role • Lou Devlin - Linkedin Profile (no agencies please!) • Typical Process • Typical Process • Application Submission • Recruiter video call • Hiring manager video call • Virtual “Onsite” consisting of 4-5, 45 min calls • Presentation Round to team
