• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial reporting, with a clear track record of hands-on work. • Demonstrated functional depth in at least one major ERP (NetSuite strongly preferred; Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, or Workday considered)- including configuration, reporting, and an articulate point of view on capabilities, trade-offs, and scalability vs. alternatives. • 3+ years administering and building in modern BI tools- including data modeling, semantic layer design, and performance tuning. • Proven experience designing, standardizing, and implementing reporting and data governance processes end to end. • Deep fluency with business software used to run companies (ERP, BI, CRM, supply chain, PLM, CMMS) including configuration, administration, and getting the most out of these platforms. Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills. • Hands-on experience deploying AI-assisted analytics or automation in production (not pilots or proofs of concept alone). • Experience in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, data center, or other production-related industries preferred. • Prior experience in fast-paced, high-growth or start-up environments preferred. • Domestic and international travel required. • Execution orientation- bias toward shipping working solutions over producing strategy artifacts. • Builder/operator mindset- comfortable in the tools and the configuration, not just coordinating others doing the work. • Operational depth- fluency in end-to-end business processes and how they show up in systems and data. • Implementation instincts — comfort working through requirements, configuration, testing, and go-live alongside business and IT partners. • Familiarity with business architecture concepts and process-to-system mapping a plus. • Concrete communicator- explains work through specific examples, decisions, and measurable outcomes rather than frameworks and generalities. • Strong ownership of data accuracy and a high bar for the numbers. • Ability to build structure in ambiguous environments without requiring it to be built around them. • How We Will Evaluate You • Expect interviews to go deep on tangible examples, the data model you built, the report you fixed, the ERP issue you resolved, the implementation workstream you contributed to, the AI use case you deployed- including the decisions made, the trade-offs weighed, and the measurable results. High-level descriptions of "overseeing" or "driving alignment" without underlying detail will not be sufficient.
