Responsibilities

• ## Design Phase • Authoring and reviewing the Owner's Project Requirements, Basis of Design, and commissioning documents. • Drafting the Commissioning Plan and Programme, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. • Leading the Commissioning Agent Kick-Off Meeting, facilitating collaboration and understanding among stakeholders. • Compiling a comprehensive project directory, ensuring all relevant information is documented and easily accessible. • ## Construction Phase • Leading Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 Commissioning Workshops, fostering teamwork and efficient execution of commissioning tasks. • Attending Factory and Field Witness Tests, overseeing the process, and producing related reports to ensure compliance with project specifications. • Developing Commissioning Checklists for electrical, mechanical, monitoring, and safety systems, guaranteeing thorough and systematic assessments. • Drafting Level 4 Test Scripts and Site Observation Reports, documenting observations accurately and providing clear action plans. • Conducting weekly commissioning and client meetings, maintaining effective communication channels throughout construction. • Managing and updating the Commissioning Tracker, ensuring all commissioning activities are tracked and progress is well-monitored. • ## Acceptance Phase • Overseeing Level 4 Commissioning across various systems, coordinating with project teams to resolve any issues promptly. • Collating and presenting Level 4 Commissioning data and preparing comprehensive reports for project stakeholders. • Drafting Level 5 Test Scripts and leading the Pre-Integrated Systems Testing Meeting, ensuring a smooth transition to the final commissioning phase. • Coordinating Level 5 Commissioning and producing the preliminary report, highlighting successes, and identifying areas for improvement. • ## Handover Phase • Coordinating system training data collection, ensuring end-users receive the necessary training for efficient system operation. • Reviewing Operations & Maintenance procedures, validating their completeness and accuracy. • Leading the "Lessons Learnt Workshop," facilitating a constructive discussion to identify valuable insights for future projects. • Delivering the Final Commissioning Report, summarising the commissioning process and outcomes to support the successful handover of the project.
