Requirements
• Experience: Ten-plus years experience - either agency or brand-side - with a portfolio that’s filled with original thinking, immaculate craft and audacious swings. • Skills: You’re an excellent writer. A writer’s writer. Big on craft, a conscientious editor, a headline machine. You have range - able to go long when necessary. • The People: You operate from a place of empathy. You’re generous with your time. You’re deeply invested in the professional growth and personal wellbeing of your people. • Communication: You strive for clarity. And consistent connection. You’re tuned into the zeitgeist. • Production: You’re production savvy - from quick turn low budget affairs to brand campaigns. • The annual pay range for this full-time position is $180k-$200k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US). Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required. Responsibilities
• Create Big Ideas: You’ll be a catalyst for big thinking. Sometimes leading with creative foundations. Sometimes rolling up your sleeves and getting in there. • Lead: You’ll mentor and guide your creative team to their best work. And put a premium on their growth and development. • The Brand: You’ll be a guardian of the brand’s creative standards - tone, voice, look, feel, vibe. Striving for consistency and awesomeness across touchpoints. • Collaborate: You’ll serve as a cross-functional partner working directly with Organic, Growth, Product, Product Marketing, etc. You’ll operate across channels. • Multi-Channel: Oversee advertising and design projects in all its forms. You’ll have a key role in our social channels. • Standard Operating Procedure: Good to each other. Hard on the work.
