Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • Passion for marketing, you love creative work • Strong social skills, you love working with people • Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant; willing to solve whatever problem you or the customers may face • Previous touchpoints with marketing or AdTech • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or another fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Creative & Growth Ops: You use AI to create high-performance ads and landing pages. You manage campaign setups and optimize budgets based on performance. • Strategy & Intelligence: You conduct research to build data-driven strategies. You identify scaling opportunities and provide daily reporting to scale growth. • Process & Product Loop: You help to build and optimise processes and provide feedback to the Product Team to refine our AI software.
