Requirements

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute 10 yacht party events across major U.S. cities • Oversee participant logistics, including invitations, travel arrangements, and on-site experience • Design and implement the event flow to facilitate fun and meaningful blind-date connections between Ditto users • Manage and lead event staff and volunteers for smooth event operations • Ensure safety, compliance, and optimal user experience at each event • Collaborate with the marketing and community teams to promote events across campuses and social media
