• You've built and scaled a protective intelligence program or investigations function from early stage, setting the standards and processes that held as the organization grew.
• You conduct open-source research and threat assessment with rigor: you know how to find signal in noise across social media, commercial databases, and public records, and you know what doesn't constitute a real threat.
• You've worked in high-threat or high-visibility environments where the stakes on accuracy and judgment were real. You understand when to escalate and when to de-escalate, and stakeholders trust your assessment.
• You write and brief clearly enough to give a CEO or a security leadership team a decision and a next step from complex, ambiguous information.
• You partner effectively across functions. You've worked with Legal, HR, Compliance, and Law Enforcement on overlapping concerns without losing sight of what protective intelligence uniquely answers.
