Requirements

Responsibilities
• Drive expansion revenue across assigned enterprise accounts by identifying and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities. • Conduct in-depth account research to identify customer growth initiatives that trigger new tax information reporting requirements, and convert those insights into expansion opportunities • Use a blend of customer data, platform usage, regulatory changes, and product releases to build multi-year account expansion strategies • Execute complex enterprise sales cycles with disciplined account planning, executive alignment, and multi-threaded stakeholder engagement • Lead executive-level customer alignment meetings and long-term roadmap planning sessions along with the product team • Operate with tight coordination across New Logo Sales (clean handoffs, account strategy alignment), Customer Success (adoption health, renewals, expansion readiness), and Technical SMEs (product feasibility, integrations, regulatory implementation to deliver a seamless customer experience • Deliver clear, organized, and outcome-driven executive communications internally and externally • Develop deep understanding of Taxbit’s products and global tax information reporting requirements that influence customer purchase decisions
