Requirements
• You bring 3+ years of experience in e-commerce with clear ownership of revenue and business performance • You have strong experience in international D2C environments, ideally across multiple markets • You possess deep expertise in Shopify, including Shopify Markets, internationalization, apps, analytics, theme customization, and landing pages • You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving conversion rates • You demonstrate a strong understanding of e-commerce unit economics and key value drivers • You have a highly analytical mindset with a strong focus on KPIs and data-driven decision-making • You are experienced in leveraging AI tools and automation within e-commerce to drive efficiency and growth • You think entrepreneurially and are able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-focused approach • You have excellent German and very good English skills
