JAMS Software - Product Manager
Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to get things done on time, under pressure, and lead a team by influence • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI to streamline Product responsibilities and team workflows. Experience with Claude strongly preferred. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive leadership • Experience managing and prioritizing work across multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously
Responsibilities
• Unified Product Ownership: Own the entire lifecycle from customer discovery to sprint delivery. You are responsible for requirement writing, backlog grooming, and sprint planning, ensuring the team always works on the highest-value tasks. Decision making skills are a must have and you must be ok making decisions without complete information. • Unified Product Ownership: • The Vibe Coding Evolution: Move beyond traditional wire-framing. You will leverage modern AI and prototyping tools to hand off working software concepts to Engineering, allowing them to focus on enterprise-grade implementation rather than deciphering static requirements. Experience with Claude Code is preferred. • The Vibe Coding Evolution: • High-Urgency Delivery: Operate with a "get the job done" mentality. You are expected to meet internal SLAs with speed, reducing meeting bloat by providing clear, actionable direction that allows Engineering to build immediately. Must be incredibly available to teams across the organization. Top tier communication skills are a must have. • High-Urgency Delivery: • Strategic Execution: Lead the Web Client initiative to achieve wide market adoption. You will also partner with Engineering to oversee the plan for architectural upscaling, ensuring the product is built for the future. • Strategic Execution: • Systems Hygiene: Maintain a pristine Jira environment.
