You build solutions, processes, and teams that are not just effective today but are built to last and support a high-growth, global organization. • You think at scale. • AI Fluency: Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving. • AI Fluency: • 12+ years of progressive experience in order-to-cash, quote-to-cash, revenue operations, billing, AR, credit, collections, finance operations, controllership, finance transformation, or a related field. • Experience leading large-scale global OTC, billing, AR, collections, or finance operations in a public company or high-growth enterprise environment. • Strong understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash and order-to-cash processes, including order management, billing, invoicing, AR, cash application, credit, collections, disputes, write-offs, and cash realization. • Demonstrated ability to own process architecture, controls, KPIs, transformation roadmap, global operating performance, cross-functional governance, and distributed COE operating models. • Applied AI & Automation: Experience leveraging generative AI tools, LLMs, intelligent automation, or advanced predictive analytics to optimize workflow documentation, streamline process mapping, automate exception handling, and scale operational efficiency. • Applied AI & Automation: • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, software, technology, subscription, usage-based, or consumption-based business models. • Experience with CPQ, CLM, ERP, billing platforms, cash application tools, collections platforms, workflow tools, and finance transformation programs. • Public company experience with SOX controls and audit-ready operational processes. • Experience scaling OTC operations in a global, high-growth technology company through process standardization, automation, shared services or COE design, KPI-based operating reviews, and benefits realization. • Demonstrated success improving billing accuracy, reducing credits/rebills, reducing dispute aging, improving DSO, increasing cash application automation, and reducing human touches per transaction. • Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
