• Essential Criteria: • Proven experience as a Producer or Senior Producer in a creative or fashion studio environment • Strong track record delivering  studio shoots and campaign production • Solid understanding of project and asset management tools (e.g. Wrike, Asana, Adobe) • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience managing budgets, suppliers and production costs • Calm, proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members • BELONGING AT GYMSHARK. • Our mission is to be a place where everyone belongs.
