Requirements

Responsibilities
• Owns the annual and quarterly media plan. Decides budget allocation across channels based on performance data. • Acts as the conductor of the client. Briefs practice teams and ensures their outputs ladder up to your central strategy. • Accountable for overall client performance across all practices and KPIs. • Ensures d2d client interactions with Brainlabs are excellent, and that practice interactions feel like a single, unified team. • The primary day-to-day strategic advisor to the client. Translates the Strategy Framework into media reality, partnering with Strategy and Data Directors. • Responsible for both the floor (delivery standards) and the ceiling (innovation and intention), leveraging technology to deliver both at scale. • Manages scope delivery, ensures the team is neither over nor under servicing, and supports pitching for new business. • Leads and co-ordinates the innovation and testing agenda for their clients.
