Requirements

• 1–2 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, social media or a marketing coordinator role • Exposure to paid social is a plus • You’ll Be • Genuinely passionate about influencer marketing and creator culture • Interested in proactive health and wellness, and the communities around it • Always scrolling with a purpose: you spot trends, creators and formats early • Full of ideas, and confident sharing them • Detail-minded, with pride in getting things right • Proactive: you take ownership and follow things through • Well organised, comfortable juggling several creators and deadlines • A clear, friendly communicator • Comfortable working sensitively in a regulated healthcare environment • Familiar with tools like CreatorIQ, Juro, Notion or Motion (a bonus, not essential) • What Success Looks Like • You regularly bring creator and trend ideas that make it into our campaigns • Creators feel well supported, with quick responses and issues flagged early • Contracts and renewals go out accurately and on time • Briefs are well built and ready for review • Our CMS and campaign schedule give the team a clear, current view
