SpryPoint - Solutions Architect

• 3+ years of experience in implementing enterprise utility software, particularly Customer Information Systems (CIS) • Proven ability to map processes and manage large process mapping projects • Experience with Mobile Field Management (MFM), Work Order & Asset Management (WAMS), and Customer Engagement Portals is a plus • Familiarity with analyzing large data sets is a bonus • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL • Knowledge of Reporting & Business Intelligence platforms is a plus • The ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for presenting complex concepts clearly • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with clients, senior management, and team members • A sharp, analytical mind, capable of solving complex problems quickly and efficiently • In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies for large-scale software projects. • Ready to power the future?
