Morpho - Solution Architect
Requirements
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of owning complex systems and delivering cross-functionally • Experience in DeFi: deep understanding of at least one major DeFi protocol, or a solid grasp of lending and borrowing mechanisms • Strong architecture skills: able to design and reason about end-to-end systems spanning smart contracts, APIs/SDKs, custody/wallet infrastructure, and compliance constraints • Hands-on technical profile: working knowledge of Solidity; comfortable reading, reviewing, and debugging smart contracts and integration flows; proficient with modern programming languages and AI coding tools • Experience designing or implementing integrations across multiple systems (APIs, smart contracts, custody providers, etc.), ideally in production environments • Excellent written communication: able to produce clear specs, integration guides, and partner-facing documentation • High ownership and autonomy: able to take ambiguous partner projects from early scoping to production without constant oversight • Experience integrating with exchanges, wallets, custody providers, fintechs, or institutional asset managers (security reviews, audits, SLAs, compliance constraints) • Familiarity with permissioned DeFi patterns (allowlists, wrappers/controllers, role separation, timelocks) and partner requirements around custody and control • Strong intuition for liquidity and go-to-market mechanics (liquidity provisioning, market makers, incentives) that impact integration success • Experience defining scalable integration processes (handoffs, templates, playbooks) and improving documentation as a product
Responsibilities
• Build proof-of-concepts, code snippets, and custom dashboards for integrators to accelerate their implementation of Morpho's protocol • Provide hands-on technical support to integrators through Telegram and Slack channels to unblock implementation challenges in real-time • Improve developer documentation and tutorials based on integrator feedback to create better onboarding experiences for future partners • Forward bugs and product feedback from the field to internal engineering teams to drive continuous improvement of Morpho's products • Proactively identify gaps in integration support processes and suggest improvements to enhance how Morpho serves builders globally • Bridge timezone gaps by communicating technical details clearly with product teams at major platforms • What Success Looks Like • You'll immerse yourself in Morpho's codebase, products, and documentation. You'll shadow calls with the Growth team, meet key integration partners, and start answering technical questions with support from the existing Integration team. You'll have built foundational context on how Morpho works and where integration challenges typically arise. • You're fully autonomous on technical questions from partners and no longer need to pull in other integration engineers for routine support. You're smoothly onboarding new integrators, reassuring partners during implementation, and proactively improving documentation based on recurring questions. Partners trust you as their go-to technical contact. • You've become the key technical partner for the Growth team and a trusted reference point for major integrators in the region. You're driving measurable improvements in implementation speed and partner satisfaction, and your insights are shaping how Morpho delivers integration support globally.
