Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, consulting, customer-facing, or software support roles, ideally in SaaS or platform environments • Strong communication, facilitation, and customer-facing skills • Ability to understand operational workflows and translate them into scalable system solutions • Confidence in advising customers and recommending suitable solutions • Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven way of working • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally • Fluency in Spanish, English, and German, both written and spoken • Experience with migrations, Zendesk, or enterprise customer environments is a plus
