Requirements
• Hands-on experience designing learning content with authoring and design tools (we use Articulate Rise). • Solid knowledge of design fundamentals such as graphic design, UX, accessibility and media design. • A good understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles. • Experience designing technical or complex training content – for example in FinTech, analytics, data science, data engineering or software development. • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely. • Confident use of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) • Experience, or real curiosity, in using GenAI for content creation, automation and productivity. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs. • A collaborative, proactive and solution-focused approach, and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. • Experience with an LMS and using learner data or feedback to improve content. • Experience coordinating projects that involve several stakeholders. • Experience mentoring or sharing knowledge with colleagues, or an interest in doing so. • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira or Asana.
Responsibilities
• Design and update learning solutions for customers, partners and employees – eLearning, media assets, articles, documentation and presentations – using a range of authoring and design tools. • Apply best practice in visual design, accessibility and user experience so every learner has a great experience. • Build learning journeys in our Learning Management System and use learner feedback and data to shape your design decisions. • Use AI-assisted tools to speed up research, authoring and quality checks, with human review to keep content accurate and aligned to learning objectives. • Work with subject matter experts, and with Product, Delivery and R&D teams, to understand the Platform and turn that knowledge into effective training. • Take ownership of your programs, keeping them current and aligned as the Platform evolves. • Research technical documentation, demos, recordings and learner feedback to make sure our content is accurate and high quality. • Plan and track your own design projects, flagging risks and blockers early and keeping stakeholders in the loop. • Use tools such as Confluence, Jira, SharePoint and Asana to manage tasks, document your work and collaborate across teams. • Identify, propose and lead the introduction of new tools, processes or AI approaches that improve our learning design and the learner experience. • Support teammates through feedback and knowledge sharing, and take the lead on projects where it's useful.
